Body Based Practices for Anxiety

A Free Lunch and Learn for Therapists

This free lunch and learn provides therapists and mental health professionals with body based practices to help clients living with anxiety. The training will teach breath work practices, relaxation postures and meditation exercises for clients to use outside of the therapy office.

This training is a small introduction into the weekend intensive training being offered in January 2024. Individuals who would like to learn more about these techniques can sign up for the training.
