Wednesday Evening Restorative Yoga


Join Amber on zoom or in person for restorative yoga practice. No experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga is beneficial for calming down the mind and body. This practice is wonderful for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, exhaustion and many other conditions. This approach utilizes yoga props, such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps and eye pillows. If you do not have these items, you can let Amber know and she can provide you with some alternatives. Amber will let you know what props you need in each class.

Price is $15 per class
